As a prosecutor, Barron Slack committed his professional career to courtroom advocacy and high-stakes litigation. Barron has successfully tried criminal cases ranging from traffic violations to numerous aggravated sexual offenses, murders, and capital murders. He has worked in this capacity both as lead counsel for the State of Texas and as counsel for the defense. He personally supervised hundreds of serious felony offenses, trained dozens of prosecutors, and was typically the first call made by State or Federal Law Enforcement Officials investigating cold case murders, child murders, and multiple victim capital offenses.

Barron was raised in North Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005. Barron is married to his lovely wife, Jennifer, also an attorney, and they have two daughters.
